Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Ship the Item
Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
